These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliph6 ("jiliph6," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jiliph6 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at jiliph6.app and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict, the more specific rule shall prevail.

jiliph6 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the jiliph6 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming law. jiliph6 strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jiliph6 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jiliph6 Platform or any affiliated platform.

To access the full features of the jiliph6 Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on jiliph6. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jiliph6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

jiliph6 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

jiliph6 accepts deposits exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya / Maya e-wallet
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Philippine-issued debit cards

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jiliph6 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Deposits are credited to your jiliph6 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jiliph6 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages beyond our control.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the lawful owner of the funds. jiliph6 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. jiliph6 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• jiliph6 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for review.

jiliph6 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

jiliph6 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, jiliph6 will notify the player and may request additional documentation.

jiliph6 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jiliph6 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or not at all.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or spin applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

jiliph6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and are not available to players who have self-excluded or set account restrictions that conflict with the promotion's requirements.

All games available on the jiliph6 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

jiliph6 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, jiliph6 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. • All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Players cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted.

• jiliph6's records of all game transactions are the definitive record in the event of any dispute.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon game round completion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliph6 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error must be reported to jiliph6 support immediately and will not be honored.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jiliph6 Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiliph6 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

All content on the jiliph6 Platform — including but not limited to the jiliph6 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiliph6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from jiliph6.
• Use the jiliph6 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorized use of jiliph6's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jiliph6.

jiliph6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jiliph6 implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption and secure data storage, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no system is completely immune to security risks, and jiliph6 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

jiliph6 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game suppliers, and regulatory authorities as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliph6 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors beyond jiliph6's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by you based on information or content published on the Platform.

jiliph6's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jiliph6's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

You may close your jiliph6 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

jiliph6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, jiliph6 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.

jiliph6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its players seriously. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling stops being fun and starts causing financial, emotional, or social harm, it is important to seek help.

jiliph6 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods of 30, 90, or 180 days are available. During exclusion, your account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without full self-exclusion.

jiliph6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiliph6 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jiliph6, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jiliph6 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable regulations.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jiliph6 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
