Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process for all registered accounts. If jiliph6 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

Some of jiliph6's third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure, KYC verification, and game software providers — may be located outside the Philippines.
